Paris Apéro's Story
Paris Apéro was founded by Jacques Knafo, a French inventor and engineer who discovered his true passion for human connection after coming to Vietnam.
Touched by the warmth and kindness of the Vietnamese people, he wanted to give back to the place that welcomed him so warmly by creating a place that celebrates “Partage & Convivialité”, the joy of sharing and togetherness.
Through French cuisine, Jacques found a way to connect people through care, warmth, and belonging.
Together with our wonderful team, Monsieur Jacques brings this vision to life through French cuisine and heartfelt hospitality, a celebration of partage and convivialité, the joy of sharing and togetherness that make life meaningful.
